Quoteshelf by Dearbook เป็นแพลตฟอร์มที่นำเสนอประโยคจากหนังสือ (book quotes) ในรูปแบบ visual cards เพื่อ การศึกษา การวิจารณ์ และการแบ่งปันความรู้ ภายใต้กรอบของ "การใช้ลิขสิทธิ์ที่เป็นธรรม" (Fair Use) ตามพระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ พ.ศ. 2537 ของประเทศไทย

ตามมาตรา 32 และ 33 ของพระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ พ.ศ. 2537:

Quoteshelf ดำเนินงานภายใต้หลักการนี้:

• ใช้ quote ความยาวไม่เกิน 50 คำต่อ card (โดยเฉลี่ย 15–30 คำ)
• ระบุ ชื่อหนังสือและผู้เขียนทุกครั้ง (attribution บังคับ ไม่มีข้อยกเว้น)
• เนื้อหาเพื่อการวิจารณ์ การศึกษา และชักชวนให้ผู้อ่านไปอ่านหนังสือต้นฉบับ
• ไม่เป็น substitute สำหรับการอ่านหนังสือเล่มเต็ม

ทุก quote บน Quoteshelf จะแสดงข้อมูลต่อไปนี้:

• ชื่อหนังสือ (Book Title)
• ชื่อผู้เขียน (Author)
• เลขหน้า (Page Number) — เมื่อทราบ
• ปี/ฉบับ (Year/Edition) — เมื่อเกี่ยวข้อง

หาก quote ใดไม่สามารถยืนยันที่มาได้ จะไม่ถูกนำขึ้นเผยแพร่ Quoteshelf ไม่รับ "anonymous quotes" หรือ apocryphal quotes

ผู้ใช้ระดับ Pro สามารถสร้าง card จาก quote ของตนเองได้ โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังนี้:

• ผู้ใช้ ยืนยัน ว่ามีสิทธิ์ใช้ quote นั้น (ตนเองเป็นผู้เขียน, อยู่ใน public domain, หรือได้รับอนุญาตจากเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์)
• ผู้ใช้ รับผิดชอบเต็ม เรื่องลิขสิทธิ์ของ quote ที่ใส่ทั้งหมด
• Quoteshelf เป็นเพียง ผู้ให้บริการเครื่องมือ (tool/service provider) ไม่ใช่เจ้าของหรือผู้ตรวจสอบเนื้อหาของผู้ใช้
• เนื้อหาที่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์จะถูกลบออกทันทีเมื่อได้รับการแจ้งและตรวจสอบ

หากท่านเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์และเชื่อว่าเนื้อหาบน Quoteshelf ละเมิดสิทธิ์ของท่าน ท่านสามารถแจ้งได้ตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้:

1. ส่งคำขอผ่าน ฟอร์มติดต่อ /contact (แนะนำ) หรืออีเมล:
   quoteshelf.dearbook@gmail.com
2. ระบุข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน:
   • URL ของ card ที่ละเมิด
   • หลักฐานความเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์
   • คำอธิบายลักษณะการละเมิด
   • ข้อมูลติดต่อกลับ
3. Quoteshelf จะตรวจสอบและตอบกลับภายใน 7 วันทำการ
4. หากตรวจสอบแล้วพบว่ามีการละเมิดจริง เนื้อหาจะถูกลบภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง

• เอกสารนี้เป็นนโยบายของ Quoteshelf ภายใต้กรอบกฎหมายไทย
• ไม่ใช่คำปรึกษาทางกฎหมาย — ผู้ใช้ที่มีข้อสงสัยควรปรึกษาทนายความผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
• Quoteshelf ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับปรุงเอกสารนี้โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าผ่านทางเว็บไซต์

Quoteshelf by Dearbook is a platform that presents book quotes as visual cards for educational, critical, and knowledge-sharing purposes, operating under the "Fair Use" framework as defined by Thailand's Copyright Act B.E. 2537 (1994).

Per Sections 32 and 33 of the Thai Copyright Act B.E. 2537:

Quoteshelf operates within this framework:

• Quotes limited to 50 words per card (typically 15–30 words)
• Book title and author attributed in every card (mandatory, no exceptions)
• Content serves criticism, education, and encourages readers to engage with original works
• Not a substitute for reading the full book

Every quote on Quoteshelf displays:

• Book Title
• Author
• Page Number — when available
• Year / Edition — when relevant

Quotes whose source cannot be verified are not published. Quoteshelf does not accept anonymous or apocryphal quotes.

Pro users may create cards from their own quotes, subject to:

• User warrants the right to use the quote (original work, public domain, or with permission from rights holder)
• User bears full responsibility for the copyright status of any quote submitted
• Quoteshelf is a tool/service provider, not an owner or moderator of user content
• Infringing content will be removed promptly upon notice and verification

If you are a copyright owner and believe content on Quoteshelf infringes your rights, please follow this procedure:

1. Submit a request via the /contact form (preferred), or email:
   quoteshelf.dearbook@gmail.com
2. Provide:
   • URL of the infringing card
   • Evidence of copyright ownership
   • Description of the infringement
   • Contact information
3. Quoteshelf will review and respond within 7 business days
4. Verified infringing content will be removed within 24 hours of confirmation
